Advising when deposits and final balances are due.

Regular consultations with suppliers either on your behalf or with you.

Ensuring invitations/ save the date cards are sent out on time.

Working with you to check RSVPs from guests and keep a list of numbers attending and special requirements of any guests.

Advising on seating and floor plans at venue.

Providing a detailed timetable for Bridal party and other necessary parties (Entertainment/ MC etc).

On wedding day liaising with MC/ Suppliers.

Advising of local accommodation for Bride and Groom and Guests

If you are based overseas, applying for marriage license.

Return any hired items the next day whilst you continue to enjoy wedding festivities or your honeymoon.
